do I need to pay for registration before selling
If you renew your registration and then sell the car, you will be refunded by DMV. The buyer of your car will register the vehicle on their own and will pay for registration/sales tax.- offsz

What is the method to buying a reservation?
I have been asking a bunch of people and no one seems to know the answer but it seems reservations are being sold anyway. Who is going first in the transaction - buyer sending over the money or the seller handing over the reservation? Is it possible to buy a reservation with registration...- offsz
