Brakes alone are capable of locking up the wheels. You do not need regen for maximum braking in an emergency. Max braking occurs just before the wheels lock up. Which is what ABS, Anti-lock Braking System, is for. It gives you maximum braking for the given tyres and road surface.

Have you tried a two button reset? This should restart the on board computer and it cellular modem which may have 'crashed'.

Sorry, maybe not clear. If you select a specific charger, within the 'location' section, you can see availability of that charger. If you go to the 'on road' section you can only get the directions option if not in GPS vicinity. The step back is that from the map/location view you cannot see...

They are open to no one at this time, obviously. This site is on list of co-funded sites so at some point will be open to all CCS2 cars. This may or may not be from day dot of opening.
