i just got an email outlining delivery options (ex. selecting carrier direct vs. pick-up in Paramus NJ)... and that for planning purposes they will cease carrier direct delivery from 9/17 through 10/2 (EOQ) Is this... a good thing? Is it going to finally happen this quarter?!?!

According to the ongoing reddit July delivery thread, it does accelerate older orders (not newer ones).

I really don't get it. I keep getting consistently bumped quarter after quarter.. and i'm supposed to accept going from a 6-week to a 4-week EDD window as a 'good faith' gesture LOL. They really need to give their customer service folks new scripts to read when i call, because hearing about...

Add FSD and then remove before delivery. I wasn't going to play that game, but it seems necessary for things to move forward in the right direction at this juncture.

there is 100% supply issues/delays with our config. I have the exact same, minus tow. the SA confirmed last time I called. next round isn't until late summer. I was in TBD jail foreverrrr and now I have an Aug/Sep EDD.

Right - I saw somewhere that it's about a 3k difference if 2021 pricing is honored (?) Does anyone know if that's accurate? We're hoping to maximize on trade-in value for a used vehicle right now and between that scenario and rising interest rates it could be worth it if it pushes delivery...

I ordered on 7/31 - and my original SA gave me a medley of bad information including setting my profile to financing and carrier direct at the get-go, which in hindsight are likely the two major factors why i'm still waiting around at this juncture : / My order has never been on hold btw.
