Tesla's Supercharger Team was recently laid off. We discuss what this means for the company on today's TMC Podcast streaming live at 1PM PDT. You can watch on X or on YouTube where you can participate in the live chat.
Try to explain your situation to body shops. They may be able to squeeze you in if it’s minor. Look elsewhere to non certified bud still reputable shops as well.
Naw. I had this same thought when I got my LR. The more I drive it the less I think about the P. I rarely do full throttle acceleration anymore so it would be wasted. Also I figure if I get bored in a few years I can get the speed boost.
Moderator note: This plus the next half-dozen or so posts were the result of a merge of another thread into this one.
Looks like the slow chargers at Sherway Gardens in Etobicoke are finally being upgraded.
Maybe with the latest FSD price increase we will get a speed boost increase that includes track mode. Unfortunately that is just hypothetical like the article. :-(
I am all for the subscription for this beta test fee. But can’t bring myself to pay for it since it doesn’t deliver. If It gets to the point where I can put a destination in and sleep plus not worry about insurance ramifications then I’d consider it again.
Don't have a name - as i said before european auto body just calls a mobile service to come and fix it - they don't do it themselves. Call a few and see if they can source it. If you want it to be Tesla Approved then your only options are the ones on the list. Likely all of the ones on the...
These guys did 2 of my cars and are now doing my dads. You can ask for Immy there and he will help you out. Tell him Luke sent you.

European auto body was good for removing a dent on my delivery car. Autoglass is subcontracted out by them to mobile glass repair. They do good work from what I have seen and get parts direct from Tesla. May also be worth calling a few mobile glass repair places to get other quotes.

Unfortunately Tesla vehicles do not qualify any more.
Full list of eligible vehicles:

Any vehicles with frameless doors (like on the tesla) will have this issue. Go to a different tint shop as they should be able to handle it (there is a way to fool the door that it is open so they can do the install.
Ceramic is worth the extra - feels cooler in the vehicle (had this done on...
Keep on your installer as it sounds like an installation issue rather than the manufacturer. But whatever he needs to repair the job I am all for it. Good luck!
Most PPF installers will warranty their work. Go back to them and they will either clean and get it "sticky" again, or replace the panel. If insalled correctly it should last 5-10 years easily.
Just an FYI for everyone who is considering doing a trade in. Had to speak with my SA to get the "Trade in" section of the site to show up again. Once they did that I was able to upload the VIN and photos - waiting on the trade in to get reviewed currently.
Unpair but also delete the device if it remains - on BMW's it still remains on the infotainment even when unpaired on the phone. You have to delete it in there. I am just assuming it is something similar on the Tesla.
Monthly is the way to go for this. Even if it is 300 per month gets my 42 months of FSD. Mind you I would only plan to use it on trips greater than a few hours so I am probably not the best example.
Not sure if you have tried it - but Bluetooth on my BMW had a similar issue in the past- removing the bluetooth device on both the vehicle and phone, rebooting, then re-adding fixed it. If this doesn't work could be an issue on the hardware side.
Just checked, the app doesn't show it for me but the webpage is still showing the same "Estimated Delivery" of May 18-June 15 on the prepare for delivery page.
Wow! I assume your building already had the infrastructure in place. I am in an older one and it looks like it is in the 6-8k range! Super convenient to have it in the space. I'll be charging at Sherway most of the time once, just waiting on order now...
Congratulations! Any inquiry i send to my condo board just leads to more confusion. They want to involve lawyers, quotes are really high and the services to track usage seem expensive on a month to month basis. Glad it was able to get installed for you!
