I literally cancelled my order from Tesla and went with Zen. The deposit difference was huge. And pretty much no difference in monthly payments.

I leased through Zen Auto. It says 4-6 week delivery window.. Likely to be in the September ships? How do I for sure find out?

EDD Changed from May to June 19-30th. That was the original EDD I got after I reserved.

So I guess May 2022 means that it will be pushed out? And shouldn't expect this Q at all?

You'll be behind those that ordered previously to you and so it could be that you're in the Q3 range instead of the ones arriving in June Either way you get a VIN assigned if your car is in the ship

Yeah I've had that invoice and wire transfer instructions on my Tesla account for a while. I'm just not doing it until I receive a VIN cos realistically not putting money into something that isn't guaranteed in the next 4-6 weeks

I guess from what I've seen is that you don't need to pay your deposit until you have a VIN assigned?

Mr M doesn't know everything. He's previously said it himself that if you get any updates re: dates etc to put that in there and let him know. Not like EDDs from Tesla but something that's a bit more qualified like Lease updates.
