@PeteCH: the hint with allowing to enter the values manually has actually a few additional benefits: with this one, I can refresh the graph pretty much "real time" since the value changes relatively slowly compared to moving the sliders. Thanks again for the suggestion!

Thanks for the positive feedback. Good idea... the sliders are quite difficult to use for exact values indeed. Still, the calculation results are not guaranteed to be accurate anyway, so I guess it doesn't make such a big difference if you can specify the parameters more exactly. But I'll look...

Oops, you are right. Just assumed the same, but actually you can't click them. Also, the API doc (Tesla Model S JSON API—by apiary.io) doesn't mention any defroster commands. Sorry for the wrong information.

Ok, as a summary: That means you need to regen at full power (60kW) for a full minute to see the effect on your range. (or 30kW for two minutes without interruption). It probably won't even be enough regen when slowing down from 210km/h because that doesn't take a minute on a flat stretch.
