I transferred $10 to Tesla as a test to see whether it would change my amount owing before transferring a large amount, and got my Invoice within 2 days. Might be worth a try? Hope it helps -

Yeh the VIN/EDD process will continue, took around 5 weeks to get EDD & got my VIN today, i ordered M3 RWD 21/12/21 & did the finance option, no trade-in. Hope that helps. -
