It is from the parcel shelf, it’s the bit that fits into the notch on the guide rails. I noticed one of mine had come off a few days ago, but haven’t found it yet as we are away and the boot have consistently been loaded with stuff, hope it is there somewhere!

Apple Music seems to be streaming only, no option to download to the car. So requires Premium Connectivity or Wi-Fi tethering as you would do to use the built in Spotify account. I would have like the option to download a playlist or two when connected to Wi-Fi and then just play it from there.

The heat pump trial sounds interesting and potentially an easier way for me to benefit due to having home batteries, which could make the outright energy saving harder to achieve.

I’m still on 28.2 after briefly being offered an update in early Oct while the car had lost Wi-Fi connectivity, but that update disappeared by the time I reconnected the car to the home network. Since then nothing.

A shame, but given how the government support is working with ToU tariffs average rate maybe Octopus needed to increase rates to manage their costs. It helps me justify giving up my cheap Go rates that would have expired at the start of December to switch to Intelligent back at the end of August.

I had the same email and am in the same position with regards to having switch to IO recently from Go. However I had Octopus remove my Gas meter back in March once we had a ASHP fitted and they still only mentioned the Gas tariff!

Correct, you need a compatible car or charger to switch to IO as you have to successfully complete a test charge to confirm the tariff switch, it then happens straight away.
