Does anyone know when I get the MVPA from Tesla? I was assigned a VIN this morning

Woke up to a Vin 174xxx and new EDD 22-26 Feb! Time to get insurance and financing squared away.

Went for test drive today and saw the different colors in person. I switched from MSM to Red. They all looked nice but the red color was my favorite.

Woke up to an updated EDD, down to 2 weeks! 17 Feb - 3 Mar

Here’s the update for Vroom I promised. I was paid the full amount today. I would use them again if they were highest bidder, just be ready to wait longer for your money.

Thank you, I asked the same question to my SA and they replied to identify any issues via the mobile app as soon as possible.

Does anyone know the policies or procedures for identifying defects or damage. Since I’ll be taking delivery in Colorado Springs and driving over 300 miles to New Mexico will that window close when I get home.

I actually agree with you, the quote from Vroom was about a $1,000 more than CarMax but having to wait a month for the money was annoying. I’ll be really mad if they try to lower the quote which I heard can happen.

Let’s hope they pay me what they quoted :oops:, I’ll give you an update when that happens. You’ll have to ask them that question about the mileage. After they sent me the quote I didn’t drive the car anymore, luckily I have a work truck that I used in the meantime.

I recently sold my car to Vroom in fact they just picked it up last night. Vroom had the best price but it’s a long process. I received my trade in quote on Dec 29th. I haven’t been paid yet but that should happen within 2-3 days after pickup according to their website.

I have the same configuration with a 4 Jan OD, my EDD is 13 Feb-13 Mar. I think I read somewhere that Tesla delivers East coast first then west coast in every quarter so that would make sense for your EDD.

If I get my car anytime in Feb I’ll be happy since my wait will be less than 2 months. Congrats on your delivery date and enjoy the car!

Seems like the wait times are longer than advertised for most people. People with order dates of October are getting their LR cars in January. About a 3 month wait. The custom order page on the Tesla page still has has an estimated delivery date of March for orders put in January, about two...

I have some on order. Still waiting for my LR as well. I think the wheels look pretty good without the Aero cover. However, I’ll still use the cover on longer trips for efficiency.

I’m getting close as well. My EDD is 13 Feb - 13 Mar. I was wondering if you are able to see your vin using the page source method now?

Almost like the squid games trying to figure out if we get the new chip. My EDD window is 13 Feb-13 Mar so I’m hopeful but I’ll accept the car even if I get the “old” chip.

According the tracker online vin 154XXX got the new chip.

I’m in the same boat with Vroom. I started the process about two weeks ago and I’m waiting for a carrier to be assigned for pick up. Probably will take another week to get paid. They had the highest quote but only choose if you’re not in a hurry it get paid.

I plan to keep the car about 5 years and plan to use FSD, but knowing it may increase the resale value 5k or more in 5 years would be worth it for me.

Nice! I was on the fence about adding FSD to my model 3 LR order. However with the potential resale value info I‘ll probably add it now.

Just curious we’ve been talking a about the AMD chip. Has anyone verified if the heated wipers are coming with new deliveries?

That’s great news. I’m waiting on a M3 LR MSM/Black interior and delivery to Col Springs. What was your EDD? Mine is currently 13 Feb - 13 Mar so I still have a few weeks probably.

I haven’t received my LR yet but I read somewhere you can configure the tire / wheel options including removing the aero wheel cover in your settings. This the way the range will update based on the loss of efficiency of the covers.

I did a trade in estimate with Tesla, CarMax, caravana, and Vroom. Vroom beat them all by a few thousand dollars.

I switched from performance to LR with no fee, my EDD was pushed out about a month. As a matter of fact I ordered the exact same car you currently have on order.

Sorry for the multiple posts, still trying to figure out this forum. I just had an update to my EDD. It was 25 Jan - 22 Feb This morning it changed to 13 Feb - 13 Mar. With all the talk about new CPU’s I’m ok with the delay.

I was checking my order this morning, 5 am (MST) and it just times out. Wonder if this is the time of day Tesla updates our account information, at least i can hope that’s the case.;) I have an EDD of 25 Jan - 22 Feb that hasn’t changed in a week.

I’m actually looking forward to the road trip from Col Springs, should be a lot of fun. As long as Raton Pass isn’t in the middle of a snowstorm!
