Correct, if you're in a two week window you will be pushed and then during some later time a VIN will be assigned. The VIN assignment should be most likely assigned when you're outside of a two week window. That was my experience.

Yeah, I can't remember for sure but I received the same text sometime in June. In the middle of July I received a call asking about a trade in. Car will come just after middle of August. So based on that you will receive car in 2 months.

I would opt out of required arbitration if a problem arose and Tesla and myself could not solve. By opting out, the next step would be to take them to court instead of arbitration. Arbitration most always favors the manufacturer.

There was a North or South Dakota person with that because they had scheduled carrier delivery. When they removed carrier delivery they got a specific date.

Yep, if the bill passes, you would need to take delivery of the vehicle on or after 1/1/2023 as the bill is written today.

I already had a 10 day window and then went back to a few two week windows. I don't think anything is legit until you get your VIN.
