Also for what it’s worth, I still have the option of removing FSD after getting my VIN. I decided I want it so I haven’t removed it but the option is there.

Try adding FSD. You can always remove it after you get your vin before pickup.

Congratulations! My pick up is scheduled for Friday. Out of curiosity, what does it show your range as? I thought range was under 260 for the SR+ when I ordered but current RWDs show Range 272 miles (EPA est.). Is that what you are seeing when fully charged?

That's not bad on financing. I just applied through DCU and it was 2.75 or 2.25% if we open a checking account with them. I think I'll do that to save the .5%.

Wow. That seems so frustrating - like you got pushed back every time you got close. Based on your order date, the latest EDD seems on par with other orders. I'm just hoping we get our cars by mid April!

It seems like sometimes that happens when systems are being updated. Maybe it’s a good sign that you’ll get your vin soon. Fingers crossed for you. You didn’t have a trade in estimate or financing agreement expire did you?

Switch to cash and wait until you have a vin to apply for financing. You’re effectively out of line if you have steps that aren’t complete. The good news might be that once you complete them you don’t necessarily go to the back of the line.

Still waiting on a VIN…. Anybody else who got bumped up to the end of this month have one yet?

BTW, have many people gotten pushed back once they have a one week window? And how soon after getting a one week window do you generally get a VIN?

Just got pushed up almost two weeks to April 21-May 19.

I check about every 15 seconds. First push back was from late jan - late feb, then apr 14 - May 12, and it's been at May 2 - 30 since last week. :(
