Silicone Rescue Tape works better for coolant leaks, hell use both... JB then wrap it with Rescue Tape until you get the new part. Get red or orange colored tape so you can find it after the temp repair. Had something similar when I was deployed it works..

I didn't write that, it's a direct lift from the article I posted from AutoEvolution source document I linked to.
All Model Y's are eligible for the $7500 if your income is within the range, and even if you make over the income range if you lease you get the full $7500 credit anyway, its just...
https://www.autoevolution.com/news/tesla-model-y-rwd-returns-to-the-us-market-with-a-lfp-battery-and-updated-price-222186.html
The new Model Y RWD launched in the US retails for $43,990, which is $3,750 less than the discontinued Model Y AWD. It also benefits from the full $7,500 tax credit...
Try this link Vehicle Comparison Selector – TeslaTap, or check out the attachment. The RWDY has LFP Chinese batteries from BYD @ $56 per KW and the YLR has NCA Telsa/Panasonic Batteries.
The truth is we were fortunate, no one was hurt, and all these issues are really first world problems, but I paid for Dom Pérignon and they delivered Guatemalan MAD DOG 2020.
To your point re: housing construction, I just dealt with the crappiest home restoration contractor in my life, I had to go around with blue painters tape to show them simple things like - electric socket upside down. electric socket not working, tile that didnt match, missing trim pieces...
We gave up looking at used and got a new LRY for the exact reasons you stated, the stereo and the range reduction in the RWY totally devalued the whole car. I would never buy a used Tesla from Tesla, go direct to a current owner, you will always get a better deal, especially if you are as...
When I get a 50% discount from USAA for FSD, I will balance that against the monthly subscription costs vs my insurance costs then jump.
I figure by 2050 when I have cataracts, a diaper, and drive 40 MPH in the fast lane, I will get FSD to help me get to my VA appointments. I might pay $2K for...
One call and you think they are desperate? Freaking Hyundai has me on some automated AI text messenger that has hit me 42 times just because I called them about a car, they had none in stock at the lease deal I wanted $249 down and $249 a month for a IONIQ 6.... I can't get the damn thing to...
They are way worse, commercial real estate had the largest foreclosure spike up 117% YoY

I haven't driven one yet, I did a drive by on the local Ford dealership, but they are such scumbags, I don't want to give them the business. I would like to drive one, just to see if I can go from a S to a F. I love the price point and the ability to use existing aftermarket toys, and with...
We don't have any of those issues in our Dec 2023 built Model X, or our March built Model Y, my 2016 Model S on the other hand has all those ailments, but it has close to 150K on the ODO and still crushes the ICE sports cars that have finally realized they shouldn't even try to out accelerate...
I get it, I have had two performance S's before. We have an S and a Y also, they are all pretty awesome for Costco trips.. you know the one where the wife says go get a tenderloin and you come home with a generator and 5 cases of beer and forgot to get whatever she told you to go get!
Ditto, 57, if I need the badge for my ego it's $10. https://a.co/d/6yaN865. Also the Plaid only comes in a 6 seater, which is a stupid design, it adds 200 pounds of weight, if you need to put something large in the car you can't fold down the 2nd and 3rd row... made it less useful for things...
4/20 Price drop: SLR $72,990 and SP $87,990
Looks like Ford cut prices too: https://media.ford.com/content/fordmedia/fna/us/en/news/2024/04/16/2024-f-150-lightning-orders-open--flash-model-available-under--7.html
4/20 Price dropped.....$2K on the XLR, now $77,990 and XP for $92,990

You can get the Ford Lightning Flash for $68,000 now as well with the same range..
The MSRP of the 2024 F-150 Lightning is being reduced, refer to the chart below. F-150 Lightning Flash™, now available with a starting MSRP5 under $70,000, comes packed with tech and an extended-range battery...
More expensive than an airplane... why would someone buy this? $120k for the truck and another $120K for a RV????? Then I have to stop every 150 miles to charge.... You can save some money by getting the Ford Lightning - Flash for $68K, its probably a better tow vehicle and you can actually get...
I'm with you, even Tesla doesn't put the door panels back together right after a door handle install, I would love to take it somewhere where they aren't dealing with 5000 needy customers... I would pay extra for quality work.
Things I have done myself this year:
1. New windshield wiper motor...
To support your point I own 3 Pedego bikes I think they are all made in CHINA. But I ride my zero FX more than any of them both on and off road. My Trek Madone SSL carbon bike is probably made there too.

I would buy one of those or a Y, without the stupid huge boat anchor wheels, that's really the only thing that held me back from buying one this past weekend are those wheels, that add no value (less range, worse rider, more expense)...
He does look very happy with his decision. I don't know him, he has a Post Malone vibe... and I like Posty! Maybe I'm just jealous he has his CT already...
Tesla's attract some "interesting" people...
Portlandia moment here - https://www.cybertruckownersclub.com/forum/threads/i-took-delivery-of-my-cyberbeast-and-doodled-all-over-it.14212/
Burning Man and Acid or does this guy live in Portland? I couldn't smell, but my mind gave a whiff of piss, BO and just rank skank when I looked at the truck.
I kept my S too, for the same reasons, the Y is for my 22 YO son, his sister is going to be jealous, she is still driving my beater 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I suspect we will be going back later in the month to dump the Ford for another Y.
I just went and bought one with my son this morning.. pickup at 530 tonight, it will be his daily driver... I wouldn't worry about the battery, I have 150K on S and it's still pulling strong and charges to 260, new it was 270ish miles...
I have to agree that I don't get the FSD "value". My wife and and I played with it this week and it just seems to be a a high stress parlor trick... not really something I would depend on day to day. It kinda like dealing with the Veterans Administration, you have high expectations, but then...
I haven't been tracking for months.. but thanks for the insight... I figure if I wait another couple months they will be 10K off. Maybe they should just include FSD, and keep the price the same, instead of FING all the prior buyers.
I don't know about that I was online tonight looking at leasing and they are $5000 off.. that author, yeah pretty much everything on the internet is suspect these days.
