Posted in the MYP thread, but got a VIN (265) this morning with a Jan 21-25 range! No schedule yet. Getting stuff squared away with DCU now that I have the MVPA and hoping I can pick up Monday as we're gone this weekend.

That's what I figured -- they only offered me two days to choose from when I had a VIN over the holidays, but I suppose all bets are off during the EOY rush.

Aaaaand, just kidding, woke up to a VIN (365) and Jan 21-25 range! Of course we're driving down to Carlsbad today-Sunday for our babymoon, so I'm fully expecting them to ask me to pick up tomorrow or Sunday. They haven't contacted me for delivery scheduling yet -- hoping I can grab it Monday.

if cars are rejected for any reason besides legit damage/QA issues, they should be immediately assigned to the next waiting customer in the region where the car has already been shipped. Not put up for sale to whoever’s lucky enough to check existing inventory at the right second.

Found the (or at least a) Discord bot that reports all new inventory, and found the exact URL I had - it's marked false for demo/test drive. Very funny that Tesla puts these up for sale when there are patiently waiting customers already in line for the same spec.

My SA told me the same thing. Showing no hold on my end, EDD 12/27-31. SA shows a hold that releases on 1/2 (since the delivery center is closed on NYD, he says). I buy another theory I saw here that they’re trying to prevent people from ‘gaming the system’ by releasing early to jump the queue.
