The issue hasn’t happened since, just at that one particular location. Charged at home and at a supercharger with no issues. I’m putting it down to the low and fluctuating voltage at that particular location. I’m glad it isn’t the car.

I don’t think it was load sharing between chargers. However I do thing the demand at that site was huge and could have led to the fluctuations. I have seen the car throttle the charge to 16A before when using podpoints previously, but never made the connection with voltage fluctuations.

Thanks… I started this on a 3-phase zappi. The same issue. Another car was charging fine. I moved it to a Rolec single phase 7.5kw. The Amps was set to 13 by me and also the charging limit. I have moved it to 32A now. It has started to charge but only getting 11mi / hour with a max draw of 16A.

Apologies, I’m in work so can’t go to look. When I went out earlier there was no light on the car. I removed the cable, reset the car and phone. Then it was flashing green. Not seen what it’s doing now, although it does seem to be pulling some charge according to the app.

Quick update… app now states this: Very bizarre.

I have reset my car several times as well as my phone. Also, the % charge has been moved around from 100% and various others. Nothing.

Yes I have Gen 3 wall charger but not sure what version. It has now begun charging even when I have the car to start charge at a specific time. I.e. I have the car set to start charge at 23:30, and yet the car re-starts the charge as soon as I stop it.

I’m loving the deep and meaningfuls surrounding why I now can’t see the mileage as well as % when charging. I also like that some people didn’t find it useful. I did, and would like it back. It wasn’t hurting anyone so why remove it?!

No, that’s not what I’m talking about. I’m talking about where I circled, that it used to display miles, and that I preferred it that way. Now it doesn’t let me toggle between miles or percentage.

Here Where I have circled in red it usually stared the miles not percentage. I believe you could toggle between % and mileage by tapping on it, but now no.

I’ve not changed anything in the car and it’s always stated as miles.

I’m guessing this is from iOS update 4.8.0 but I’ve only just noticed that the charging bar no longer states charge limit in miles, rather only a percentage. I preferred it when it stated miles.

That’s why I’ve been going on my app more than usual tonight… to see if software update would appear.
