I don't quite understand this - I've been on Octopus for a few years and I was always taught to never stay on whatever the 'default' tariff, is. Yet as a result I'm paying more (19.90p) than everyone I know who is on Octopus who signed up and never touched their tariff again

When I ordered, my only option was collection, same for when I got my scheduling text. However, a week or two later, after speaking on the live chat, I was offered home delivery.

Some have - I ordered a LR (White Exterior, Black Interior) on 04/10, picked a collection date on 28/10 of 30/11 which I changed to home delivery last week.

I got Southampton but would rather collect from Thorpe Park - It's only 20 minutes away where as Southampton is an hour!
