I have the same issue with my driver and passenger windows. They don't close all the way up and pop down a cm or two leaving a gap from the seal and window. There's also this weird grim on the windows that I keep trying to clean but instead water spots keep building up when it rains making it...

Finally delivered yesterday in Ballard after a plenty of EDD shifts and delays. VIN 346 with intel but AS tires. Did great in the snow yesterday.

I think adding or removing from your current reservation will reset things (pricing, queue placement, etc.), but if there's a VIN available that matches what you're looking for, they can replace the current order.

My SA was able to assign a VIN to my order. I got an order change email, but my MYP pricing remained the same. I did have to pay for the color change.

All the latest MYP builds have been coming with A/S. Saw an unfortunate MYP on a tow truck this afternoon covered in snow, no surprise it had summer tires on them.

I have a big white dog that sheds like crazy and raw denim quite a bit. My biggest concern was the jean stain on white, I've had white couches before and jeans stained them pretty quickly. Not sure if it's any different with white interiors for cars.

Agreed that a starting point would be to take a higher deposit as $250 for a $60K car seems a bit low. Also, don't change or update the EDD until a VIN is assigned. If it your order comes sooner, have the option of picking up early, or follow the EDD window you assigned, but from the looks of...

I was being quite sarcastic, but sure I'll bite. To start, I shouldn't have to be specific, I don't work for Tesla. So it isn't my job to solve their prediction and notification system, they have people on payroll for that. But it seems they are winning quite a bit as a billion dollar company...

You'll probably get it sooner as long as you don't have the tow package added. I'm sure the tow delayed mine quite a bit.

I'm convinced any EDD window ending in 12/31 is just basically a placeholder for what is hopefully EOY delivery. I don't put much faith in any window with a 12/31 since it's the last date of the year.

I had a similar range then pushed out to 12/28 - 12/31 recently.. I honestly don’t trust any of the EOY dates as I think they’re just placeholders until they update to Jan or Feb… especially since Musk told his team to not do the typical end of quarter push.

I don't think that's true at all. With VOIP, you can have numbers assign to anyone regardless of location. I say this because I ordered my MPY online and didn't realize I had received an automated confirmation text from Tesla after submitting my reservation. I went into the SLU Tesla showroom...

I mean if you're playing chicken with Tesla, they'll most likely be happy to cancel your order as there is a 6+ month wait for LR models, so it's not really their loss...

I respectfully disagree. It should be easier to predict since you're solving for less trims/variables. If you're going off based on a queue system, you have less trims and options to solve for, thus you should be able to provide a better indicator on when your car will be built and delivered...

Where did you hear that they pushed out WA deliveries by an quarter? Would sort of make sense since my OD of 9/25 for MYP has been pushed back consistently.

Honestly depends on your config. I think having the tow package on my config really delayed things for me. Haven't seen many VIN assignment and delivery have tow package on them. It's not the MSM, since it's not an added cost color now. I've had more assigned EDD windows than the number of weeks...

I honestly think it's just a placeholder date for end of the year. Several other people had late to 12/31 dates that eventually got pushed into January.

My OD for MYP was on 9/25 and just got my 12th EDD pushed to 12/28 - 12/31. Starting to get out of hand on these EDD bouncing around, willing to bet it'll fall into January in the next couple days here...

Until a VIN is assigned, they can't give you anymore info on your EDD than what's provided to you already. They don't have visibility into where you are in the queue and which cars are currently being assigned.

That's what I'm doing, unless delivery is on Sunday when the bank is closed.

Honestly, I would much rather have that result than the continuous jumping of EDD and plenty of others on here have similar situations as well. Makes planning much harder when you keep thinking assignment can happen at any moments notice. Especially when you hear that you have only 72hrs to pick...
