Tesla's Supercharger Team was recently laid off. We discuss what this means for the company on today's TMC Podcast streaming live at 1PM PDT. You can watch on X or on YouTube where you can participate in the live chat.
Its silly unfounded paranoia. I'm on watch sites and people blur their serial numbers so people don't claim their watches or "steal" them. o_O
Also I can go up to any car and read the vin plate thru the windshield. 🤣
I guess we got lucky too picking up our SRP Model 3 LFP 3 weeks ago. $39,900 sounds like a better deal now.
We got for my wife's commuter car going into Atlanta 5-6 days a week. Saving $200 plus on gas, no Peachpass charges and 1 person HOV. We have 3 ICE vehicles still for "regular" drives...
I literally cut and pasted it...I asked about tread depth and you said "Its a 2019. They know this as they have remote..."
I'm a BMW fanboy actually. Had the Tesla 3 weeks and its the wife's...hardly a fanboy of Tesla.
And a black car its after the FIRST wash when the dirt and debris from the Jeep that went through before you! LOL
Enjoy your new swirls! Tell your friends it's modern art!
No just wondering how many miles on original tires. I see posts about how "Teslas are harder on tires than ICE". The "theories" I see are b/c its so much heavier than a similar car?
I always expected it to be significantly more...and haven't seen that.
I see at least 20...
Tesla's Autopilot system currently uses eight cameras, 12 ultrasonic sensors, and forward radar to read lane lines and detect nearby cars.

If I tell BMW that I have a shake and make them do an alignment...and there isn't any (warranty) issue I'm paying. If I've damaged some of my rubber window trim (or whatever) and I complain about a "road noise" or whatever I'm paying. If I'm just whinny and waste their time...I should pay...
I forgot I was part of this group or I would have posted this sooner. A few months ago I got a warning saying that steering assist was reduced and it might be harder to steer but nothing happened. This warning became a regular event and got to the point that it came on every time I drove the...
My BMW X3 goes thru one once a week. I'd never on my Spider or Tesla. Everything I've read says not to...unless they are touch-less and touch-less = USELESS
Finally got around to watch this entire video. WOW very cool and even more happy I we snagged a LFP battery. I am a Senior National Account manager for a "manufacturing" company and seeing/hearing all of the "simplifications" in battery and electronics bay is fantastic. Simple is almost...
Your math not mine but I have no idea. Not said to impress our home is over 4,000 sq.ft. and we use a lot of electricity. 3 or 4 bucks a day this time a year is fine by me.
Used the a/c in the house a little last night but charged the our SLR 3 from 18% to 100% last night. Bill went up $4.00 from previous. So so far $3 or $4 to charge over night.
Quite honestly (and maybe I'm paranoid) but I am not telling Georgia Power I have a "electric vehicle" to get their "lower rate at night". What I've heard from others is EVERYTHING in life "nothing is free". Your over all rate seems to go up in the day time to get this. Not sure if they...
I just drive it and enjoy it...life is too short to worry about gas for cars or juice for my Tesla. That's no way to live...
Having said that...the Tesla makes it real easy to not worry...it costs us $3 for charging at home overnight from approx 20% or less to 100%.
The only time I use my left foot is if I REALLY have to stop to avoid collision or something. LOL - I haven't mastered anything other than hard break. Its amazing how much the left foot will stop a car. Can't really explain it...
For the second owner for sure...thats why I've never bought a used vehicle in my life. I know there are upsides not having to take the initial hit as soon as you drive off the lot but I don't care.
It cracks me up when I use to see rental car companies advertise "Buy our Cars"....LOL will do...
