Great surprise today seeing the planned SC expansion. Was great to see Oshkosh and Milwaukee in there along with Rochester, MN and one directly in Minneapolis. Road trips just got significantly easier! Any info on these four new locations, please share any information!

Agreed - the lack of Android Auto and CarPlay is embarrassing for Tesla at this point.

Would pretty dumb on BMW's part but not exactly shocking given their investment and commitment to iDrive. When a feature becomes standard on 90% of the other vehicles in the base package, it is time to get with the times and simply include it as standard.

I emailed and got this answer back today: Thank you for your email. We have chosen a location just outside of Minneapolis in the Oakdale area and we are approaching the construction phase of the project. Once construction begins, a site typically takes 6-8 weeks to complete.

Green Bay is scheduled to get a Supercharger this year. There are several HPWC in the area including the Aloft Hotel.

So I did end up driving and we used the (new?) HPWC at the Hyatt Regency/Loring Ramp. 6th Level. 40A only but no additional cost vs ramp fee. These are on Plugshare but not as destination chargers on Tesla's map/list yet. There are 2 of them and they are nicely marked with green stalls and...

I would guess this may indicate that SC location could be here also then (like Highland Park?). Doesn't seem like the most optimal location if it is the case but would still be nice to get the first SC location in the area.

GB is definitely delayed until 2016. From what I hear, they haven't decided on the final location yet (Depere vs. GB) let alone any building permits submitted or approved.

Yes, being told Sheboygan is operational. Not official on the map yet but it is fully operational and open to public. Enjoy.

I don't see any change on the Telsa sit - still says 2015 for GB from what I can see. However I'm still hearing that nothing has changed and it will probably fall into 2016. To be honest, the MSP should be top priority for them next.

Last update on GB one was that it would probably slip into 2016. Map still says 2015 yet so maybe there is hope. I'll know once construction starts. So far I haven't found any building permits when I've looked.

Looks like official supercharger map on teslamotors.com now has what appears to be Brainerd MN and somewhere between MSP and Duluth (Hinckley?) showing as "Coming Soon" for superchargers. Nothing listed for MSP yet though. If they are working south however then I'd assume MSP is next after those...

Latest is Sheboygan construction should start any day now but Green Bay still looking like it will slip to 2016.

And what appears somewhere around Coloma on I39... but who knows. The Sheboygan one is definitely running behind and I've heard rumors that the GB one might slip to 2016.

I say 'easy' in that they are basically implementing Apple's and Google's 'VNC' framework (in simplistic view, this is what it is...). So compared to say writing the current console OS for the S, not so hard :tongue: It is just a matter of priority and resources and most likely not so much...

Other chargers -> haven't heard anything yet. Probably depends how many crews are going in the area. The last time they were constructing in the state I think they had 2 different crews going. Would seem logical they swing over to Wausau after GB. And probably the MN side for MSP, Duluth, etc...
