I was in my window 3 separate times before I finally got a VIN. They just kept pushing it out 3 days every time I got past the beginning of the window. However, once I did get the VIN, delivery happened two days later.

For what it’s worth, I thought mine may not work too. First day home though, I brought it next to my charger port, pressed the button on the handle and boom, the charge port opened like a charm. Charging started perfectly. It was shocking actually ⚡😂

Picking up today at 2. The last two days have felt like two weeks and every hour this morning feels like waiting a day. I woke up this morning feeling like a 5 year old on Christmas morning.

Everything has moved really fast since VIN assignment today. SA told me it should arrive tomorrow evening and I can pickup on Monday. I now see a 2PM appt in the app.

Ha! Don’t miss the part about the text message. I got a text first and then checked the app and nothing was there. I checked the webpage and the VIN was there. It took the app about an hour or two to finally update with the VIN. Best of luck!

If someone told me back in Feb that I would be here almost a year later, commenting on page 1000, I would have definitely just purchased another vehicle. Now I’m so deep down this rabbit hole, I can’t leave.

I really think it just has to do with configuration luck. Most of the earliest ones I saw were white and most had 22’s. Mine is black/black with 20’s.

The range is 333 versus 348 for LR. I can’t imagine anyone really noticing a 15 mile range difference (which is probably more like 10 in Tesla miles). I’m guessing this is part of why it isn’t actually called LR anymore. It doesn’t have much more range at all. Probably the only range...

And for two months, us Plaid orders had to sit and watch all of the lucky LR VINners. Everyone should just chill and be happy for people. My Plaid order is almost a year old and I live in SoCal, still nothing….
