Ok thanks for the assurance that I didn’t buy a lemon. Still I find it hard to believe a 12v battery or even a USB would cause an entire automobile to shut down.

Went to Monterey for the day on 100% charge. 1 way used 30% battery, sensory mode on while visiting Monterey Bay Aquarium used 3%, road trip home ended with 43% left in battery. No charging in between.

Adding to everyone else’s comments. Tesla’s drive Tran and battery warranty is better than Ford. With a 1st Gen car, it has a higher probability of something major going wrong. It’s just depends on how $$$ are the problems and if the $7,500 will off set that and all the headaches.

Had to accept docs and get all the $$$ to Tesla beforehand. Then I waited until I inspected exterior before accepting delivery.

Agree with GildedVines. I accepted delivery after I looked over the exterior. Can’t do nothing about the interior inspection as you can’t remote in until after acceptance.

The accept delivery button will only show up if all your documents were signed. Check the blue doc review button to make sure you have signed all the paperwork. All else fails call customer support 5102493100.

it depends. ACH is the fastest. Cashiers checks will still need to be mailed to Fremont.

uploaded my MVPA yesterday and that’s that. Then got a call and text from TESLA SA asking if I can pickup at factory on Tuesday. I still have no vin🤷🏻‍♀️….thought that they would wait for the DCU funding before scheduling pick up? So crazy.
