I have a home/cabin in the Lake Lure area... The US 74 bypass around Shelby is well along and is funded. I think that the Kings Mountain are - where I-85 splits from US 74 (west of Gastonia) - would be a better fit to serve not just Charlotte traffic but also Blue Ridge traffic as well.

Actually that is a very nice feature. The stalls can be blocked from one side and still accessible from the other. I like it.

They must be running on maps that are over a decade old or something (think about that for a second -- Google makes the most accurate maps in the world, but Waymo uses some outdated garbage?!?) In 2008 Street View shows it is a 2-way street: Google Maps In April 2011 Street View already shows...

Your logic is just as good as Waymo's! Meaning it's not. Slow Streets is a temporary (not permanent like in this example) Slow Streets Program and is closed off with pop signs as shown on that web page.

Dude, look at the Google Street View for yourself Google Maps Or keep digging deeper... Free country and all that! For the record, Slow Street program does not permanantly close lanes, it sets times and dates when the lanes are to be used for pedestrians and cyclists.

Welcome... I ordered mine ~4 months ago and the delivery estimate has changed 3 or 4 times and now has disappeared altogether.. At this point I only check my account 1-2 times a week.

For random people - like me - that did not know anything about Tesla until seeing a plaid Model S break records... the supercharger network is what closed the deal for as "family" car purchase. All we had to do is use the voice command in the demo car at Tesla dealership to see it in action and...

I am hoping for 300 real-world miles - going ~10mph over posted speed. If it is 300 or more, I will be a happy camper. The Plaid bit -for me- will make that a challenge, I think.
