Everything is “tomorrow”, “very soon”, and “next 2 weeks” with this company. Same empty promises for months. I’d rather they just told us we don’t know when it’ll ship rather than set false expectations.

Like others here I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I placed my order in early Sept. I finally cancelled my order last week after 3+ months and still no mats. I was done waiting. Jason eventually refunded my money but that too wasn’t without a hassle and following up with him...

I noticed this too. All of the doors require a bit more than normal push. I’m coming from a coupe though where door was heavier and moved easier.

Didn’t feel that busy. I was also last pickup window for the day (4pm). Didn’t speak with an SA.

Got my LFP today from Springfield NJ. Pickup went well. No problems with car. Glad I made the switch as I needed one sooner rather than later. Now onto selling the 370Z (not toddler compatible) that it replaced ;)

Yeah, I’ve had that experience as well there. This time I just continued to wait on the line until one finally picked up. That seemed to work better than call back option.

My date moved yesterday from 9/15-9/30ish to 10/14-11/3. Ordered 7/23. Located in NJ. Considering cancelling if date doesn’t eventually snap back to end of Sept as I do need a car with a backseat sooner rather than later. Current 370z is not toddler compatible ;)

Looks like we’re all using Springfield NJ. Some with the same order date and car config :) Are either of you communicating with anyone from this Springfield location? i haven’t done anything with them. Like you I also keep watching that NJ rebate program funds deplete with each page refresh ;)
