I would recommend for someone who is not a very regular driver of the car, you would only let them use the keycard that comes with the car, rather than getting them to download the app and connect that to your car. The app is really only for use by people who use the car day to day.

Picked up yesterday and went straight from the Hendra pickup site in Brisbane onto the Southern Cross Way/Gateway. Calibration was done within 15 kms before getting to the Redcliffe turnoff.... Does sound like something is not right with yours if it is taking so long....

Update from Pepper - as I had an email from them dated 14th July that quoted my rate at 4.99%, they have agreed to honour that rate instead of the 6.29% they mentioned. I do have a delivery date and a final invoice so probably had a bit more leverage. It feels like a bit of a hollow victory...
