Apparently mine was built in January and has HW4 too.

Just got a VIN too. 383xxx. Not sure if it has HW4 yet.

Ahh - re-reading I can see I didn't word that well! Long wait was referring to the 3 months since ordering. We arrived for appointment 10 mins early and were in the car within 2 mins :)

Pickup went well. One small ding in the paint that I noted with them. Appointment already setup. Everything else was pretty much perfect. Excluding the long wait - really a nice experience compared to other ways to pickup a car!

What's the best number to call? Seemed like whoever you called did the trick.

That's what I'll be doing. I've had: Nissan Leaf - 2014-2017 Chevrolet Bolt - 2017-2020 Chevrolet Bolt - 2020-2021 and always used the charger that came with the car and perhaps once or twice put it in the car with me. Never had any concern about running out of juice.

Same for me - no change. Completely confused. Did they turn off the EDD calculation service?

Horrible feeling here too. Every time I get near the finish line, pushes out another week. Still stuck in the 20 day window. In another couple of weeks it will be 3 months since order date.

So frustrating. If they know, why doesn't that reflect on our status page.

I agree. I'm kinda ignoring the EDD and just paying attention to the 20 day spread, hoping that it will someday start shrinking.

Mine moved a day closer. 12th Aug - 1st Sept. Does everyone else have a 20 day difference between their earliest and latest dates? Mine has always been 20 days but I've seen others with smaller windows with the earliest date much further in the future.

I find this whole situation bizzare. For a software company (which Tesla really is), they should be able to manage this so much better. The only explanation I can think of is that this VIN was originally assigned to someone in CA and it was configured to ship there and it was never...
