fun fact, i got a delivery of NCA yesterday and the window sticker says 262. i asked the guy delivering the car, which batteries does it have and he didn't understand the question at all. so i had to check the charging screen and door sticker, both confirm NCA batteries.

heh, i feel bad every time "my SA" doesn't respond to me. and i've only tried to contact them a couple of times.

i got the same msg on delivery day and texted them 'driveway' and obv they dropped it off on the street (so close to the trash can that the trash truck would have hit the tesla when picking up the trash can)

i would not count on tesla cancelling anything automatically and esp not refunding something. if you want to cancel, let tesla know. just be careful to try to get your 250 back (i would not count on that), i'd rather try to get that allocated as a payment for your NCA.

i ordered 6/14 and my EDD has been creeping day by day for 2 months (well, not even bothering to check daily any more) and is now 9/16-9/30. once it was 6/22 - 6/30 and at some time it was just 'january'.

got home delivery of my new baby. looking around the car everywhere for the paperwork to be signed (and fedex envelope) that the email laud and clear instructed me to do within 24h. called tesla, 1st spoke to someone in TX who knew nothing, they transferred me to somewhere who knew as much and...

EDD means nothing. mine has been crawling forward by 1 day every day for the past 2.5 months. sometimes it jumps to "january" and then comes back to "tomorrow - 7-10 days in the future". EDD for my LFP is always "today - +3 days".

yeah, define 'communication'. chatting via their web page is totally useless. they just want to sell me solar (which i already do have). calling is so frustrating, i just get into voice mail after punching a punch of numbers and describing my problem (or often the voice mail doesn't even work)...

and they (brick and mortar stores) straight up lie to you. i got multiple quotes/phone calls promising top price for my ICE car. when it came down to final numbers, they were 4-5k below carvana's offer. guess, who got my car. and guess am i buying from b'n'm store. otoh can't say that i'm happy...

did your car have an odo reading on the Delivery Configuration? if it's still in production, i doubt it can have any miles on it... or are those total bogus?

my JUNE order's EDD was moved to January (no year specified) yesterday, but today morning it's 'back' to August 30 - September 13 (no year, so maybe it's 2025) :P

wow, my EDD for the cheapest config just jumped from (today-sept/10) to "january". this is just stupid.

they r all busy supporting existing orders and have no time to browse the forums. wait, i've got 0 support so far. maybe there r no members in the support team. it's all robots...

this is so dumb, another big push back (now 2 days in a row) aug/6 -> aug/26 -> sep/02 (and that's just the front end). if the "end of quarter" doesn't hold, idk what i'm going to do.

what is an SA? imaginary creature? i've never got any communication from my SA (if i even have 1). i've tried to text, email, and chat, no response!

currently carvana is offering me $2200 more than tesla, so that's my plan atm. just can't sell yet and don't know, what carvana's offer will be when tesla finally can deliver... EDD has been all over the place. twice it has been 'day after tomorrow' and now it's going back 1day every day :(
