No I mean when I do the remote gateway change settings, my car was plugged in with Tesla charger but when installing headlight, it was unplugged. LV was always connected at the moment.

I didn’t either and charger plug was also plugged in while I’m doing the coding.

I did x on 2024.3.10. The option to choose global headlamp was there but it will not apply.

I’m in 2024.3.10 now.

I got 2023.7.15 yesterday and used it just now and keep having cabin camera error and cannot use it. Is it only me? I checked the cabin camera on the service tab and it was working fine.

Sorry for the late update. I was on vacation to Cancun! The person was saying that the display comes along with the center console and it’s not an option so need to buy whole things together which is bs. I’m not paying $2000 for replacing whole center console. Ask them I really really want only...

Just got confirmed that the rear display is ready!! They said that the whole center console with display has arrived but I can get only the display it self. Last step to verify that the display is not the old one.

Try another SC. That’s what I did. Tried first one which they cannot sell it even if it’s over the counter so cancelled and make an appointment to the another SC near by with exactly same service request and they accepted but still waiting.

I know! I was thinking that I know more than those guys every time when they visit for service. Don’t understand what the standard is for hiring people.

Hello Yury, Do you have any updates? My appointment date was tomorrow and pushed back to May 4th. it's 4th time delay on my appointment. SC said still there is no stock in the US.

I know, $600 just for 9 inch screen? That’s crazy. I hope that it’s worth to upgrade. I ordered my MX before price increase and still 10k cheaper than now so still $9,400 saved after this upgrade. Hopefully my son loves it. 🤞🏼

OK. Updates. After SC double checked on that, they said it will be in stock so I can get maybe. Meaning, it is over the counter part so everybody can buy it.

So, just following up about part ordering, just got message from the SC that they will double check if the part is available for ‘over the counter’ which they provide it is available for over the counter on their website. It maybe possible to order from SC after they double check on it.

After the review from the SC this morning, said it’s not available to buy that part and cancel it. But, the friend of mine can buy that part directly from the Tesla so I pay him and he order it for me. All is good now. Will retrofit the thick bezel screen to the newest one!

After I saw your video, I ordered the part from the SC. Looks like the old thick bezel part number is 1566028-00-C the newer thin bezel has 1673461-00-E. They cost $600 from tesla directly. It is over the counter part so anyone can get it.

Same here! I chat with the person in service center and they gave me an re-firmware update to overwrite those bugs, but unfortunately, it did not went through.

In my case, i was having old version for about 2 weeks and got update notification of newest verision.

Bought this. They have 2 options. Their title doesn’t mention about x but it still fits. Love them. Protection is the primary but also the pockets on both side is really helpful too.

I used dipyourcar.com products to spray over it. It was easy but time consuming work. :)
