You should really look into those wheel repair guys, especially the mobile ones. They'll come to your house and do it. All they need is some space for their jack and a power outlet. They did two of my uberturbines (worse than yours) for $220 and you can't even tell where the damage was.

I think you should allocate that money you're planning on spending on rims/tires towards an at-home L2 charger. That would eliminate your need to constantly find a supercharger and range anxiety. I think you should tint the whole back window in one piece. I think you'll see the cutoff line if you don't and may have regrets. I faced that dilemma too and ponied up the extra cash to do a one piece back window at 35% and glad I did. There's no visibility issues with 35%.
