Just noticed a huge crack in my MY windshield, dead center starting at the edge above the rear view mirror and extending midway down the windshield. Never heard or felt a rock while driving, car is garage-kept. Safelite just quoted me $2012 to replace it. I can't believe this.

i don't think tesla is blocking bluetooth devices. is it possible your car switched to use your phone as the primary bluetooth connection when. you did this test?

Seems like the TOU doesn’t make sense just for the sake of charging a car. If I understand correctly it’s really meant for homes that use electricity overnight for heating.

I took delivery on Monday. The Charge Up NJ rebate was factored in to the final price. Now I'm waiting (like so many others) for the rebate program for the wall charger... For now I'm using the mobile charger with a 240 Nema outlet. Wishing everyone out there a fantastic delivery experience and...

I wonder if that "Coming Soon" message will even be there now that the program for vehicle purchases is paused. If there's no money left, who knows if the charging rebate can even launch.

yes. it has been a line item next to my trade-in for a few weeks now. my EDD was originally late August but it was pushed to October and now it doesn't even give an estimate.

i don't think it works that way. right now, the site says 35% of the funding is "Issued or reserved." Unless it's a bait and switch, that means that the rebate is spoken for whether you've bought your car or ordered it on or after 7/6.

just checked my order status. the bad news is, it's pushed out to October now. the good news is, the NJ EV rebate is factored in to the itemized listing as its own line item for the overall cost of the car.

Looking at the way the program has been run overall, I don't think retroactive rebates will apply.

I placed my order yesterday and spoke (via text) with the Princeton location, and was told the same.

I wonder if the simple answer is that prior to budget approval, Charge Up NJ was unable to coordinate with their web designer or the EV OEMs to lay the prep work to be ready to launch. For all we know POS rebate won’t be ready until September.
