Updated to 11.4.1 Monday AM and could only drive about 10 miles or so, but it seemed quite a bit smoother than 11.3.6. I didn't notice the crazy random blinkers issue, and that's been very irritating to me. Not really any notable bad behavior.

I'm going over 60 mph pretty regularly here on the rural roads around Scottsdale and I believe it stays in FSDb. Only goes to NoA when I get on the closed access highways.
