@Mikael_ESG keep in mind the wheels are different for the performance brakes, so if you don’t have them the wheel PN is 1044243-00-A for non-performance (ET40 offset).

Curious how long the wait was from ordering? Took me two weeks of back and forth with Toronto to confirm my eligibility, they finally ordered them yesterday.

So these are reportedly fully forged after all, based on below analysis. Also +40mm offset config for non PUP brakes is compatible with PUP brakes as there is relief machined out in the centre bore. Mad Hungarian on Twitter

To add, EAP vs basic AP are features to consider, if the OPs LR RWD was configured with EAP. Didn’t see it mentioned.

I was quoted $29 for the front spring kit 8008248-00-A. I'm assuming it includes the retention spring and two pins for one side but possibly for both, I forgot to ask. Mississauga said they had stock when I called about a month ago.

On my Model 3 at least, they stay in service mode position for the duration of my work day.

Did you try heating the area locally to help aid the removal, just a thought. I had one that was very stubborn as well, but eventually gave with some penetrant, did not resort to heat.

Put the wipers in service mode when parking the vehicle outside in winter for extended periods of time.

Just as for brake service and swap the wheels on the ground when they’re not looking! :D

Same issue here, I don’t think it’s an installation issue but rather the flap has a sharp finish here. I plan to take them off and smooth it out a bit in that corner with some high grit sandpaper. Pic is with the top portion unclipped, for clarity.
