As a PPF installer, we always tell customers if you do 18” partial you’ll get a rock chip at 19”. If you do full front you’ll get a chip on the door. Spend what you’re comfortable with but I always suggest full front to avoid the ugly seams. Maximize your protection.

We found our configuration in a demo model locally. I can’t recall the vin cutoff for passenger lumbar, our VIN is 160xxx. I think it was in 180’s for the cutoff? Safe to say we will have it still?

VIN assigned now since we scored our configuration in a demo model. What a nice surprise that was compared to this morning’s mood of seeing a July-Aug EDD.

I must have missed this between my refreshing, frustrating as this is my configuration 😐

I’m also in WA, and our floodgates still have not opened like the east coast and other parts of the country.

A glimmer of hope for these insane dates, my order was placed on 4/28. I have had no EDD for roughly 10 days and woke up to late July to late August, 7-9 weeks at time of order.

I really hope these April orders getting July-Aug dates is a glitch considering some May folks have already taken delivery.

White/Black/5 seater/Induction/No Tow/No FSD, so a fairly basic order.

4/28 order just updated to July 25-Aug 24. Unfortunately that isn’t going to work for us as we are down to one car already.

I called Renton delivery team just to chat if there was any stock coming available that wasn’t matched. He said they’re receiving shipments multiple times a week and I’m still looking at mid June delivery.

Mine has been this for roughly 10 ish days. I ordered on 4/28 and have been assured I’ll have the car by end of June though I don’t feel confident.

If anybody goes to Renton would you mind snapping a picture of their lot? I’m curious how packed it is.

Well I have a solution, deliver the cars. All I’ve gotten from my SA is “we are expecting cars anytime now”

Day 7 of no EDD for me. Ordered 4/28. Previously had: May 13-28 June 16-30 7-9 weeks No EDD

I also found a section of the source code that says “isNotMatchedToRa00Vin”:true and I am not showing a VIN for anybody interested.

On a side note: the website shows LR at 3-13 weeks now and P at 3-5 weeks.

Correct, JLU. The Model Y is for my wife.

Just saw two trucks of 3’s and Y’s headed north 5 through Tacoma. Only 3-4 Model 3’s on the trucks, at least we have vehicles coming to SC’s.

In Puyallup, Ordered 4/28 same config as you with inductions and I’ve been at 7-9 weeks for over a week now. Earliest date I previously showed was 5/13.

CP is a good coating but they charge way too much for their coatings (material costs, which get passed onto the customer). This is coming from a CP installer and I am currently working to source something that doesn’t charge an outrageous amount for materials that has good durability. The...

Yes PPF is easy to remove with heat/steam, I would just let the shop remove it prior to wrapping. It shouldn’t cost much for them to pull it as they’re small pieces.

I switched SA’s and finally got a response on my order. Ordered 4/28 and he told me we will be receiving it before the end of June though he didn’t answer much on the date range disappearing.

Fingers crossed for you. I’m the same with black interior and had similar dates for awhile that got pushed to end of June. Now I’m showing 7-9 weeks. Ordered 4/28. Taking delivery in Renton.

This is the current timeline, my guess is they didn’t want to look into your order.

My dealer told me on 4/28 that end of June was delivery cutoff
