Hey guys so my EDD is end of August for my Y, at the moment it’s myself my wife and son in our 3, the Y was to get a bit more space and a bigger boot…slight change of circumstances and we are now expecting twins - very excited Our son is 2 so still requires a car seat, so would need 3 seats...

Perfect, it can be hit and miss with the inventory cars - a couple of threads around it, but sure yours will be fine! mine had badly curbed wheels, scratches on the bodywork and the inside was pretty tatty, i was paying only a few K under a brand new P so rejected it and kept my LR, fingers...

Be very careful with ‘new’ inventory cars, i went to pick up a <600 mile M3P up a few months ago and the car was in a terrible state so i rejected it!

I now have a May 2022 delivery date and a change from blue water to staines….not getting my hopes up that it won’t change again though ha

Strange, I had the Burmester system in my Mercedes before the M3 LR and i would say that the M3 sounds significantly better in terms of quality, bass and volume - i would say it’s the source you use which is the likely cause of sub apr audio

To be fair the guys at the service centre were great and did offer repairs…however i just didn’t feel comfortable paying a little under list price for a damaged vehicle, it also made me think that other issues and imperfections might appear later on down the line..

No photos, just a computer render or the car spec and the car listed under the “new” section of the existing inventory. When i first spoke to customer services they actually didn’t even know where the car was, just assured me it would be “as new” with any issues taken care of by the service...

I just came here to give some friendly advice related to pcp/ lease on teslas and now here i am considering ripping down an extension we’ve just paid for to build this ha!….looks great

They are, i’ve literally just taken out another deal with them, just choose PCP when you make the order and you can play around with the financial calculator - or just cal them up….although they will struggle to explain everything to you 🤣

it’s a complete no brainier to go PCP or loan with any tesla at the moment, crazy residuals plus lease is a very bad option…. my last 3 cars have all been on 4 year pcp and i haven’t kept any of them longer than 2 years, touch wood i have always ended up with pretty positive equity towards...

I got my final trade in price 48 hours after submitting photos - offered me exactly the same as original quote even with a slightly scuffed wheel - white 2021 LR however…i did have to pester them with 3 calls to remind them i’m due to pick up my new car on saturday

really sorry to see that, absolute scumbag, i struggle to understand why anyone could get any type of pleasure from keying a car - jealous pri*k, id avoid going through insurance if you can as it will completely screw you when it comes to renewals - i learnt the hard way with a claim previously...

They have a huge rave which goes on for half the quarter,no sleep just techno and alcohol/ substances. Then for the end of the quarter they are all exhausted and rush out the builds, unfortunately it means a lot of mistakes and panel gaps, but they work non stop so they can join the next party...

We just got one of the £15 ones from amazon with the straps on the back - just checked and i can’t find the box for it (& no brand on the mirror) but we just tied the straps around the headrest and it worked fine (even though it was meant to go under)

yep on your own, I just had someone walk to the car with me and then left me to it…you can do anything within reason with it, but maybe don’t take it dogging, i believe that’s frowned upon

late to the party…but i have just ordered a ‘P’, had my LR for 11 months and got a good trade in price. I was set on the Y initially but decided we didn’t need the extra space….there are a lot of model 3s in my area but i haven’t seen one P so thought i would trade for something a little...

I would double check again in half an hour or so, see id the battery has dropped as well, could be an indicator of whether it’s a false reading or not

Could it just be lag/ taking a reading from earlier? - occasionally when i log in i will see a reading from earlier if it’s not connected for whatever reason

not a huge issue, i have a charger on my drive and put around 3k a year on the car - will see how it compares though :)

Just checking the Tesla site it seems the 3 has had yet another price increase - now showing at £51,990 starting for a LR, hoping this will have a positive impact again on resale….maybe time for a trade in for a Y

So i’m on Tesla contract purchase and put £8K cash down as a deposit back in June 22, I would sell the car through motorway/WBAC most probably cheers

I was in exactly the same situation, I wanted a Y performance, got impatient and bought a M3 LR to tie me over, I will keep it for 2 years, I bought in on PCP and fingers crossed I can sell it in 2 years time for 4/5k less than I paid then trade up to a Y - I would avoid lease as you are tied in
