Our driver door on our 2017 S75D - the handle was stuck IN, but the door would still work if we pushed the handle. Had remote service come out today, and now the handle is stuck OUT. We already paid $372....gonna be very unhappy if we have to pay again.

Thanks friends. New owner here, Model S made 11/17. The dashcam icon is there but the little light is not red. Anyone know what that means? Also do I have to free up space on the USB drive (256GB) I used from time to time, or does it just write over old files? Thanks
