Hopefully you get the update soon. The one that fixed it for me is 2021.4.18.10 (which I am on now).

In my case... my SA was useless. It was the person who emailed me directly after I placed my order. If no one reached out to you, you can go online and use the chat feature, and ask them to have your SA reach out to you. Then give them a few days to actually call you.

My sentry mode didn't work when I first got it (June 19th). However, it was fixed with the latest update. What software version does your car have?

Mine is also not flush. I noticed it the day I picked up the car. I told someone at the SC and they told me it was because you can push it in to open it. I walked around and noticed other cars had the same look for their chargeport doors.

Seems that more of us are getting door handles that aren't flush. I read somewhere that when they fix it, they just put spacers in there. I will see if I can find out what they do after my appointment on the 15th of July... as I am generally nosey on what the issue/fix was/is lol.

WOOHOO CONGRATS!!! My back door handle was also slightly sunken in (but only 1 door handle). I set up an appointment with a mobile technician for July 15th (earliest they could get me in) Were your keycards in the glovebox? Mine were not... They handed me the keycards when I accepted...

I still don't understand how people who ordered before me took longer to get their VIN/cars than me.. unless they refused delivery or something.

You can give them a call and ask if they have a better idea of when your car will be there. That's what I did and was able to move my delivery up a couple of days. The delivery people are really helpful and nice. Edit: I just re-read your post lol.. you said it was already there. sorry!

Got my automated call from the SC I am picking it up from just now.. to confirm my scheduled delivery time. 1 more sleep... it's finally almost time.

I got the text to schedule my delivery last Friday. It gave me 3 days to choose from (21, 22, and 23). I clicked the link in the text message and scheduled it for the 21st... but me being impatient, I called the SC to get an update on when my car would be there (to see if they had a better...

Update... called the Kansas City location and they said my car is slated to be there the 17th or 18th. Made new appointment for Saturday!

TBF... it said 1-13 weeks when I ordered. Scheduled delivery date is on the very last day of week 13.

You are welcome! Glad they clarified everything. Out of all the people I have reached out to, the finance team were always the quickest (and most reliable) to respond.

You can try to use the chat feature on the website to see if they know who your SA is...and if they can have them reach out to you.

That is correct. I *THINK* it may be the same as a tesla advisor. The Tesla Advisor is the one who reached out to me after I placed the order on the website. I didn't physically visit any service center.

The only thing I got from Wells Fargo was the thing that had my credit score on it. I got approved for wells Fargo on the Tesla website.

Honestly, you should be constantly calling them. That is what worked for me, and from what I read, other people as well.

Make sure you are constantly calling/following up with GM. If not, they will just drag their feet doing anything.
