I am very interested in this. We are moving to Aurora with my SR+ and in winter we will not make it easily to Davenport without charging in Rochelle. I won't be surprised if this is up and running by the end of April honestly, given the pace with which they have been working recently.

Only two stalls are working as of 7/25/2021 at 1:30 pm. The trip planner shows it as "reduced service" and ignored it, asking us to drive all the way to West Des Moines. We came here anyway, to find that only two are working.

Good deal! I am not worried about the charging rate, because your car probably didn't pre-condition, as the charger is not on the official map yet. Or did it?

It appears that the problem is solved in 2021.4.15. No issues in the 300-mile trip to Des Moines and back. I used the trip planner and had two charging stops each way.

Got updated to 2021.4.15 last night. Release notes didn't say anything new (cold weather improvements and bug fixes). I am driving to Des Moines tomorrow (300 miles). I hope the "bug fixes" from this update includes fixing this bug too.

At first I thought it happened with charging stops only. But you are right. It happened this weekend when destination was a home address too and it is way more than 20 minutes off. See photo.
