I am not sure why Tesla service swapped them out when they changed the bumpers from non park distance sensor to park distance sensor. The lights work as fog lights and light up just fine. The work was done in 2014. I will post a photo with the fog light illuminated.

Sorry for all the typos. Typed it up quick on an iPad. Didn't see the leash until I was done charging and ready to roll. So posted it fast so I could get on the road and get home.

Was left on the curb where the trunk opens when backed in to charge. Looked like maybe they lifted the dog in the back then forgot to pick up the leash. I assume the owner did not notice it missing until the next super charger stop.

Did you remove the rear view mirror and attached vertical piece in order to tint, or did you tint around them? We did not remove the mirror or cable track. The tint shop made a pattern that trimmed around them. Looks fine and works great.
