Clarification, the scuff is on the edge of the rim, not tire, You can barely see it in one of the pictures. I'm happy to send more pics if desired.

Only 40 miles on them, I removed them as soon I took delivery. No visible defects or wear, except for one tire has some very faint scuff marks if you squint hard, but they are barely visible on one of the edges where it meets the tire. Asking $2900. I am located inside the Washington DC...
