Yes and on many other peoples cars haha. The sound is better but its all subjective to what you are looking for. If you want more bass you wont get that.

If you're talking about the trunk recall, that's a recall and they've determined what the problem is (the cable) so it will be replaced regardless.

The only thing that would relate to the Ingenext module being installed would be battery and motor which are warrantied for 8 years. A lot of people get rid of their car by the 8 year mark, are you going to wait 8 years? If you're waiting for the 4 year "bumper to bumper" warranty to expire that...

2021 uses different connectors so it'd be a mess of cutting and connecting cables. I wouldn't recommend it if you want to keep your original wiring intact.
