Following. My car was in an accident and they’re reordering headlights. I asked if they could upgrade to the matrix and they said they’d be willing to order them and install but curious what all needs to be changed from a software perspective to enable the matrix feature.

Does anyone have any details about these headlights and the work needed to upgrade? I have a 21 MYP but just barely missed the new headlights. I was recently in an accident and the shop said they could order these new headlights but unsure if they’ll be able to program them to work properly?

Correct, not without putting the vehicle on hold first and then taking a later delivery. I did this once and it delayed the vehicle about a month.

I don't think it's that bad. It handles about the same as the sporty settings on any comparably quick vehicles (X3M, Porsche Macan Turbo, etc.) Granted those cars generally have adaptive suspension so they have a softer setting for the rest of the time.

I am. I may consider changing suspension though I really don’t feel the 2021 suspension is that bad. It handles better then my old Audi A3 while also riding smoother. Only time it really gets to be a bit much is when the road is a disaster.

have you tried activating the sideview cameras when parking/driving? Whenever I go through a drive thru or parking lot or anything tight I hit that camera button or enable the voice command to pull up the cameras

The best financial move would be to learn to park/drive without running into things.

The only thing that would stop me from buying my MY would be if the new MX was out. I really wanted a MX but didn't get it because I really dislike the old vertical screen. If the new MX was out and it was good to drive (never driven a MX) I may consider that.

I think that is backwards on the MYLR. Cars appear quicker when including rollout. I think the 4.2 is WITHOUT rollout and the 4.0 is with rollout?

That'd be nice. If Tesla could get all of their Performance models under 3 seconds that'd be pretty neat. That'd be a pretty healthy power boost though to drop .6 seconds for the MYP.
