You'll be able to charge right away. Tesla gives you a couple of weeks grace from picking up your car to adding payment details in the app for charging.

Camera's being blinded / blocked is a regular message and nothing to worry about. If there's strong sunlight (low sun) or if there's no natural (dark country lanes) you'll receive these messages as the cameras cannot see in these conditions. It won't affect driving in any way.

The Model Y has never (in any market) come with chrome window trim. The original Model 3 did launch with chrome and moved to black trim in November 2020, after the Model Y launched with black window trim.

This should be covered in the manual both in the car and online. I don't believe these have LFP batteries and so you're correct in your assumptions. It's worth pointing out that the bars set in the charge screen are Tesla's 'best practice' recommendations.
