Close - I'm a LR AWD White/White 19" w/FSD I ordered on 10/17 and I live in San Francisco. I'm assuming we're literally like the last ones to get our vehicles due to the proximity to the factory.

I also ordered from SF at the Van Ness service center. My SA told me that they’re shifting some deliveries to Serramonte for some reason. I ordered 10/17 so I’m eagerly awaiting as well

Mine just shifted dates backwards. I was 12/18-29 but now 12/18-31 ordered 10/17

Same here and same specs except I added FSD (though FSD is a software update that it wouldn't affect the delivery date apparently). I ordered 10/17 and still quiet. As for the white interiors, I am told it is a slight factor since a lot of orders are for the black interior seats.

It looks as if they just assigned you a different vehicle that was produced roughly in the same time period but slightly earlier or another vehicle they had on hand that was produced earlier. It's not a matter of commonality, just luck of the draw in this case.

It's quite possible. I think I shared in an earlier post somewhere where I shared my conversation with an SA. Right now I think Tesla is still servicing areas primarily (not exclusively) a bit distant from the Fremont factory in order to service customers that need some time for their vehicles...
