Probably work out better for you? They can properly clean the car, and you can take your time to inspect it without a flashlight! VIN is attached to your order, so the car is yours.

maybe they are skipping the OC Y new order is showing 3 to 7 weeks this afternoon, instead of 4 to 8 weeks. But CM Center is telling me my car won't be in until Dec. Not sure I understand the logic at all.

I assume you are taking delivery from Costa Mesa. Dec is what their delivery team is telling me as they are anticipating many Ys to come in in Oct / Nov time frame.
