Nope. Once you've sampled a population for an N greater than 30, you can extrapolate. That's the idea behind polls. So Elon's point is valid.

Seriously doubt toyota has lower cost motor, battery and BMS. This only makes sense if toyota wants to make a short range city car, which Tesla has zero interest in.
