My Hyundai Sonata has a 18.5 gallon tank. I can easily get 400 miles of city driving and 500 miles of highway driving on a tank of gas.

Wow, I never would have thought there was this much drama with EV charging. It's clear that we need more public charging stations. This thread is discouraging and I'm actually reconsidering my purchase. I rarely encounter lines at the gas pump and I expect the same at the charger.

I doubt that most users will use battery swaps on a regular basis. I guess it'll be nice to have the option just to get you out of a jam. Wireless charging would be much more beneficial and could be used to alleviate the hurdles that urbanites have with EV ownership. Just imagine if we could...
