LDCRS vs Tesla Shields Floor Mats

I understand your frustration, and I apologize for my complaining. I look forward to receiving the floor mats, and wish you the very best in your business venture. If they (the floor mats) are as you have described, I think you'll end up with a successful business after you get your supply...

LDCRS vs Tesla Shields Floor Mats

In a Ponzi Scheme, you have to reward the early investors by paying extraordinary dividends. Maybe there are some, and the early guys will get them. But as I said before, it's been a kind of fun ride. Either it ends with floor mats (that, no matter how good they are, don't justify waiting...

LDCRS vs Tesla Shields Floor Mats

<Crickets> But maybe they'll start to come in this week.

LDCRS vs Tesla Shields Floor Mats

I ordered back in January, I think it was. At that time we were told we'd receive the mats in March, if I remember correctly. Now we're looking at July? There have been many times when I tired of the reasons (excuses) for why the mats were delayed and I considered asking for a refund. At...

    Rear Seat Heaters

OK. Little challenged here. I know you can use the app to turn on the rear seat heaters, but how do you do it from inside the cabin?

    floormat for 2021 Model Y

At times, the information on the Google Tubes is overwhelming. Search for Model Y mats, and you find dozens of people who insist the brand they're recommending is the best. I would like to know if any of the mats can lay legitimate claim to cutting down road noise. In our test drive, we noted...

Blog Tesla Software Update Improves Speed Limit Sign Detection

I'm with you, Steve, the phantom braking must be fixed. We've had it happen to us on several occasions while driving on the interstate. Humming along at 70, in traffic, and suddenly the car panic brakes at an overpass. We now drive with our foot lightly on the accelerator pedal, but there is...

    Car Wash Mode - Instructions!

GREAT! Thanks for doing that - I've had the same concerns.

    Leaving 110 Charger Plugged In

Thanks, ZOMGVTEK. I suspected that, but wanted some reinforcement.

    Leaving 110 Charger Plugged In

I understand all that. The question is, will leaving the 110 Tesla charger plugged in constantly damage it?

    Don't fully charge?

This brings me to a small gripe. The Tesla Model 3 SR+ is listed as a 250 mile range. But a 90% charge gives me a 225 mile range, right? If Tesla tells me not to charge above 90% many times, then isn't the range really 225, and not 250?

    Leaving 110 Charger Plugged In

We have a freezer that is plugged into the 110v outlet, and I keep a nightlight plugged into the other outlet of the receptacle so I can see at a glance that the circuit has not tripped. No, the freezer doesn't have a light to indicate it's running. So. The Tesla charger will only plug into...

    Navigation volume keeps resetting?

Bump. This is still an issue. We set the Nav volume to about 80%, but next time we get in the car the volume has reverted to low. I know I can increase the volume of the Nav using the left scroll wheel, but why do I have to do it every time? It seems that every other auto manufacturer mutes...

Wireless Charging Problem With Otterbox Defender

I've racked my brain over this and can't understand the science of it, so I turn to you for help. My wife has a brand new iPhone 11, so we got an Otterbox Defender protector for it. We noticed that putting the iPhone on the wireless charging pad in our new Tesla 3 (got it on 27 June) didn't...

Roadside assistance for a flat tire?

Yep. I have the same question.

Maybe a dump question, but it's physics

I'm interested in the efficiency of the Tesla M3 regeneration system. So, I wonder if anyone has done a test, say, like Pike's Peak or Mt Washington. I envision recording the battery charge at the bottom, then driving to the top and noting how much was consumed in the climb. Then, going down...

Prices Paid, Discounts, Incentives, and Upgrades Offered

We are taking delivery on 27 June of a M3 we ordered on 3 June. We got a text from Tesla yesterday that read: Take delivery in June to receive one year of free Supercharging for your Model 3. So, we figured that was a pretty good deal. Just to be sure, I contacted our SA today to confirm it...

How is the quality control of the recent model 3s being delivered?

We have a delivery of a M3SR+ on Saturday, 27 June, in Portland, OR. On 24 June the dealership called to tell us what to expect. The rep said they will be delivering about 15 cars at the same time we're getting ours, and they won't be able to answer any questions. He said we should be...

Ordered SR+ M3 on 3 June. Rep'd VIN on 24 June, with scheduled 27 June delivery.
