update, took out Frunk area out to pinpoint location of the clicking noise. Definitely coming from radiator/AC coil area. only is audible when fans kick on. Manually spun radiator fan, no feeling of bad bearings or obstruction. Conclusion probably a pebble that is clanking around the aluminum...

Basically when the car is on with AC these strange random rapid ticking sounds can be heard outside. Reminds me of Hardrive discs making tapping noises. Upon closer inspection a audio low thud/scraping sound can also be heard. This reminds of a Mortar and Pestle sound when grinding food...

The wireless charger can be removed... it looks to be the exact one from the tesla shop.. usb c on both ends plugging into the center console usb -c receptacle

I can confirm that in the center console for the model 3 (june 2020) has a USB C & USB type A plug.

I can vouch that mine came with wireless charging...sticker says manufactured in June 2020
