Got to Dedham around 9:30am... about a 100 people (rough count) by the time we were there... We left at 11:30am, and the line was still back to the corner of the building. Matt B also mentioned there were like 400 people before opening at Natick. Anyone able to confirm? That is just crazy...

I just called the Dedham store to confirm some of my questions.... looks like there already is a tent in the lot with someone camping there. Also, the rep told me he's had couple of other folks mention they'll get there around Wed midnight. You will not be alone! :cool:

I plan on being at the Dedham location in the morning (around 10am). Natick is closer, but the sales rep told me they had a Model X for people to see at that location, so I wanted to check that out. Also, haven't been to this location yet... figured may as well make it a trip with my S85...

We've heard a lot about Tesla/Panasonic plans to be able to produce 500k vehicle battery packs per year by 2020 through the GigaFactory. This is great, but have we heard any plans from other EV battery manufacturers of their growth plans? Can someone help with these figures, if any exist?

Sorry for the delayed response on this, as it's mostly after skiing season now... I had gone to the Loon resort in early winter. There were 2 or 3 charging spots in the general parking lot near the back. Unfortunately at that time, some of those spots were occupied by construction equipment...

Fellow New Englanders, News as of today is that they will take reservations starting at 10am! wooohoooo... I plan on going to the Dedham store to reserve, and look at the Model X in person. If anyone else is going to Dedham, would love to meet up. Hopefully, work schedule doesn't screw things...

I've been wondering the same thing, but using the "first month" as a benchmark. Was thinking roughly about 50k in the first month. Have no clue how the first 24 hours will go though. Keep in mind, online doesn't start until the 1st of April. So, I'm assuming you mean 24hrs of online orders...

I think it would be disastrous if the MS figures went down from 2015 figures. They will need to at least maintain 50k to keep the markets from jumping into the headlines of "slowing demand" with actual proof (unlike the current headlines without proof). Therefore, they will probably increase...

Okay, makes sense. In that case, though my figures aren't as detailed, here are my revised estimates/expectations: Q4 2015: GAAP EPS = -$0.82 (loss); Non-GAAP EPS = $0.32 (gain) ........(lots of assumptions used here, due to lack of visibility in certain figures) > Let's see how close I come.

I'm not sure I'd consider the referral program last year the same way you did. From my understanding, they are looking at ways to lower the cost to sell a car, as their current way could be fairly expensive (retail space, hired employees, etc.). This is not to compare it to traditional model...

Fully agree. The only reason I have my estimates to where I think the stock price would be/has been is to see the goal longer term. I've bought in near the beginning and have mostly stayed put. Plan on being on course at least another 3 years... but that plan is based on how well the company...

Apple would be $5600/share if there were only 125million share, as Tesla has. Instead Apple has 5.82billion share, therefore the estimate comes out to about $126 (today's price). So, yeah, this calculation still seems to work... keeping in mind dmunjal's message: "Most are closer to 5 or...
