I took a short video of how AP1 sets the wrong speed although it detects the speed limit correctly What you see in the video is what happens when I long pull the AP lever. Instead of the detected 80 (+3) it sets 133 as new limit.

The car heats the battery during charging as needed w/o supercharger as destination. The battery gets heated even on AC if it's cold enough.

That should do the trick. Shown here: start driving, then set SuC as destination.
