Has anyone seen communication from ev-lectron or setec-power? (other than an email response) I'm surprised there is nothing on their websites.

Seems like this was just a bug that has been corrected. I confirmed Thursday night I had supercharging and tonight, Sunday, I do not.

I hope I'm wrong, but I could see it taking a year or more to get the Tesla ccs adapter in the united states.

I can confirm on my model 3 I'm able to use the chademo adapter at a DC fast charger, but not supercharge. It could be different for the model S. If we get a fast CCS adapter, it'll be almost as good as supercharging.

I think they'll do the upgrade, but they might ask you to pay for the high voltage safety inspection first.

I bet that's what most people are looking for, for now. I think longer term there is potential to supplement the supercharger network in a meaningful way.

That's great! I'm also looking forward to hearing about it. It should save you about 15 minutes over the chademo adapter for a charge from 10% to 80%.

150kw would be amazing, that's pretty much the limit of the SR+ anyway. It'd be as good as supercharging. Interesting, I would pay more for higher speeds, but I have a salvage and can't use supercharging. I rely on 3rd party fast charging for travel.

Me too! I have a salvage tesla, I can not use supercharging but Chademo definitely works. That may have been true for the S and X, but for the model 3 I can confirm DCFC with the Chademo adapter works.

Yep, I've had two longer session at evgo chargers, no problem. On one occasion I did have a similar issue maybe a minute in, also at an evgo charger. I didn't stick around to play with it but I suspect the adapter needed to be plugged in better and maybe supported. The Chademo adapter is a good...

Since my first tests with chademo I have seen slightly faster speeds. Up to 30kwh. It's still not clear if tesla is slowing things down or if chademo chargers are just bad. I'm definitely bitter tesla disabled supercharging. I wish they'd put some effort into identifying cars that actually...

My first test was 16kwh, I just assumed it was the charger slowing things down. Now I'm starting to suspect tesla. I tried two more chargers last night and got 18kwh on one and 22kwh on the other. I need someone else to test.

Success with the chademo adapter. I'm not able to supercharge in my salvage model 3 but I can still DC fast charge. I was blocked from supercharging last week and I was able to dc fast charge today with the adapter.
