Trying to find someone in Lakeland that will do an alignment. Tampa Tesla wants $340. Anyone know of a place? I can't find any shop that will do it. We need a master page with all shops listed for all Florida locations.
I have a lot of stock in NIO but they do not make their batteries, CATL supplies them along with supplying BMW, Damiler and Tesla with batteries. If CATL develops a solid state battery it will be sold to everyone.
You are misunderstanding my statement. Of course there are car people who own Tesla's, I am one. I find it fascinating the amount of non-car people Tesla has drawn into forums, groups etc. I don't know of any other manufacturer who has the ability to get Billy's grandma to join an auto forum.
Go join a F150 or Jeep forum. Almost all of the people on there know their vehicle. Tesla forums have 20 year old females (and males) that know iPhones. As Rich said, their main comment is what they named their car. I seen a guy who was going to have his car towed to service because there was a...
So you guys tow a trailer around instead of owning truck? I realize the streets are a lot smaller but what about the small pickup truck? Are those still too large for Europe?
I own a home. How does any homeowner NOT have a truck? Mulch, home projects, landscape... list goes on. Do people who own a home with a yard really not own a truck?
I was asking mainly for those who do not live close to a service center and would need to go to the local walmart/auto parts store. I have not found a 51R Marine battery which is basically what Tesla uses. A marine battery is designed for deep discharge, a auto battery is not and would quickly fail.
Yes, I should have been more clear. A replacement battery that does not have it's own computer controlling it so our cars do not trip codes. It would also be nice to have one that is not ridiculously over priced.
I suspect the paint quality is more of a California problem than a Tesla one. Id bet mpney that Tesla China and Austin will have much better paint than Fremont. When I bought our 3 I went to Tampa and did a 30 second walk around and drove off. I later noticed a few "gap" issues. Called Tesla...
Bought my wife an iPhone 11... same thing except she keeps losing the key. I have to delete the key from the car and re-install the iPhone. It will last anywhere from a week to an hour before it no longer works as a key and has to be redone.
I bought mine Friday night...picked it up the following Monday. End of quarter/year 2019. No issues at all. I had a choice of two vehicles of my color.
While I agree with your statement, the OP could have most likely told the SC he needed a loaner and they would have scheduled accordingly ( Tampa did that with me) My last vehicle was a Hyundai Equus (Genesis G90) which came with free service with a loaner for 3 years. Most of the time I did not...
With the meter being installed, what would be your guess at the "turn it on" timeframe? I don't believe I will ever use this station but it is in a good spot for travelers. IT's good to see more chargers.
I hope you are wrong because my Fords have been the best vehicles I have owned. Hopefully Ford will finance its own electric division
like Volvo has. It can then start clean but it needs to hurry. The F150 Electric should be available now, not 5 years from now.
I love the Ford but bought the 3... The charging network and navigation is the reason why. I will travel all over the country. I get in the 3 and tell it to navigate to my destination and go, chargers auto populate on the nav. Ford does not have the charging network for random across country...
I took delivery of my 3 in December... I probably took less than a minute inspecting. I walked around and looked at the car, opened the doors and looked around, signed the papers and drove off. I cant imagine what I could have done for 30 minutes.
I have used one for over a year on my M3... no issues. It's just a car. Be sure you know how to put it in neutral and turn the wipers off before getting to the car wash!
I agree lets keep it non-political. Politics and religion can ruin a good forum. Some advice though, if you're going to call out something, don't show only one side.
Promote every amendment would be great, don't you agree? The Bozo in the WH that did not follow the constitution left about 3 years ago. It looks like someone has not kept up with their politics the last few years (weeks for those who have been drinking the koolaid). Here is a little bit of...
As a proud member of the red pill I suspect Elon has a lot of different political views than I but at least he is not blinded by a R or D. I welcome him to the red pill side, the blue pill people can keep Lilly and continue to live in their bubbles.\.
